Usually I travel alone. Therefore, when choosing a hotel, I am guided by several criteria: safe area, good location of the hotel, quiet and clean room. It is also important that the hotel staff be professionals. After reading the reviews, I chose this hotel. I can confidently say that I was not mistaken. This boutique hotel is located in the heart of the old town. Freshly renovated, good air conditioning, good water pressure, tidy rooms, daily cleaning and change of towels that do not need to be reminded. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, water in the room. There is also cable TV. Shampoo, hair balm and soap are provided. All furniture is new, mattress and bedding are of good quality. Another important thing for me is very good room lighting. Getting to the hotel is easy, Gulhane tram stop, you just need to go down along the tram line and go ahead, the hotel is located on the left side of the street. I would especially like to mention the receptionists Givi and Baran. Givi speaks good English and he helped me a lot, for which I am very grateful to him. I would also like to note and thank Abdullah. Many thanks to everyone for the warm welcome and for the very polite attitude and attention to the guests. This is very important when you are in a foreign country. This is the place where I want to return, on my next visit I will definitely choose this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warmth and hospitality of the staff, who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room itself was immaculate, with every detail carefully considered to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation. The bed was luxuriously comfortable, and the linens were soft and inviting. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as the complimentary bottled water and plush bathrobes. But what really sets this hotel apart is the level of service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and professional, whether I was ordering room service, asking for directions, or simply passing through the lobby. It's clear that the staff here takes pride in their work, and they truly want their guests to have the best possible experience. The location is also ideal, situated in the heart of Istanbul's historic Sultanahmet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. It is just steps away from some of the city's most iconic attractions, including the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Grand Bazaar. And yet, despite being in the midst of all the action, the hotel itself is remarkably peaceful and quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of Istanbul. The combination of exceptional service, prime location, and comfortable accommodations make this hotel a standout choice. I cannot wait to return to this beautiful city and stay at this lovely hotel once again.

it’s new and built to a high standard. Bang in the middle of the main tourist area and only a few minutes walk from the main attractions. 3 bed room quite tight, but apart from that cannot fault it. Mehmet and Mahmut, in fact all staff, were friendly and very helpful.

We booked 2 separate rooms at the hotel with friends, both were very clean, the hotel is new and has a nice location. I would like to thank the staff again for their friendly welcome and helping with everything. Definitely recommend, you won't regret staying here.

The hotel is located in the center of Istanbul and in a historical area. staff was very friendly and polite. The rooms were comfortable and bright. The hotel is new and everything was fresh. Thank you for everything. I will come again.
